Thanks, Dave I bought a Lews reel MH2SHand the MH@SHMH 7Ft medium heavy Combo ,For 75 dollars, hardly used, I was surprised how tough it was , I caught a 37 inch Striper 23 lbs and week later I caught a 39 Inch 26 lb striper, that reel brought them in no problem at all,, I found another just like it at a pawn shop paid 58.00 for it,, havent used it yet, but in May & June I will use both,, I like to find a model # that I can put 17 lb test line on and be able to cast at least 30 yards or more you have any suggestions on that I love my lews reels
Umbrella Rigs Imitate : Sand Eel, Baby Bunker, Eels, Mullet, Tinker Mackerel, Smelt, Sardines, Worms Suggested Tackle: 30-50# monofilament is doable
The Benefit: The heavy weight stays on the bottom, kicking up "dust" and making noise, while the crawfish lure follows behind, appearing unattached and vulnerable
Work the grease evenly into both sides of each washer until absorbed
